Obviously its pure speculation but I bet there will be some tight markets compounded by the deep pockets of the companies who will need to get people into their refineries and chemical plants.

From a pure cash flow stand point, if the only difference in the loans in the amortization then, the longer loan will have a lower payment and higher cash flow.Typically on 4 units and less investors will try to secure a residential loan over a commercial loan.
