I will either purchase at my new duty station (unknown right now) or on home turf (Chicago).

The sale price numbers get much better as you work your way up the Slopes, towards Station Square, or towards Arlington, but the properties get harder to sell.

The prospective property is fully rented and 0.7 miles from the train station but not sure if that matters much for tenants there...would love to hear more about your experience.
