I have found this an easier way with reduced risk of getting into the RE Business.I am looking to further develop my RE Business and am interesting in working together with other investors where possible to do this and also obtain short term funding where required to fund the growth of my business.To put it bluntly, I want to invest and get ROI, to build wealth for more investment and not to buy & hold.I look forward to building relationships with other investors, especially if we can sincerely work together on projects to grow our businesses.Thank you

I like to set a goal for my time with a task and if I go over that time want to see what happened and how I can fix it.As an example a deal where I make 200,000 and have 200 hours in would be 1,000 an hour return on my time.
