I'm working on a program to track them myself, but I'm a software developer.

BTW - there is also some access to a software I have and they want to pay for 3 months of the monthly subscription.  

It's gotten harder to use.You may be better off with a purpose-built accounting software for rentals.

Hello Everyone,I would like any software recommendations regarding finding properties outside of Zillow and other retail platforms like that.

If the customer wanted a more detailed scope of work and itemized cost breakdown, I had some easy to use software I would use to prepare a proposal with costs further broken down into increments like rough carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinets, etc.

Sucks….I love the software, but most of the other big guys have things people don’t like either.

However this may conflict w/ the Skill Bridge program that I am doing in the last 6 months of my contract which stipulates that I will be separating afterwards.Note: Skill Bridge is a technical program that helps to transition service members into the civilian employment world by providing trainings for skills such as my program for Software Engineering.

I used to work in the corporate world (software sales) and was making similar to what you were. 

There are casinos with hotels and they have leverage.
