The videos are great content wise and easy to understand but they are a lot of animations of text being written or typed on a page (with a few typos).

I thought someone else owned it, because they always had some pet animals on it.1.  3 Acres, triangle shape.2. 

But I am 99.99% sure that there is an exclusion in the rules about service animals, for this type of situation. 

Also, for what it's worth hud is a whole different animal then most other sale types, it's pretty important that your lender, title company, and Realtor are well versed in hud dealings.

Then lots of private message asking if eviction, no job, ten animals were okay. 

That doesn't mean you can't grab a turn-key rental or two along the way, but ground-up spec construction is a different animal that does require some experience to tackle and not get eaten by the sharks.
