It seems like all of these TV shows are making it look so easy!

Rarely do they understand investment property.On the flip side, thanks to all the tv shows and hype, everybody and their dog thinks they can be a Real Estate Investor.

I just bought Google TV so I can watch youtube and other streaming services on a big enough screen to not make my eye sight worse.

One of those Court TV programs contacted me after seeing my posting on Rip Off Report, and they asked me if I wanted to come out to California and litigate my case on TV against Doug.

I've been listening/watching Leo Laporte since the days of Tech TV.  

I have watched TV, movies, listened to music, books on tape and then finally found podcasts.  

About a 12-15 years ago the tv show writers were going on strike, no writers, no new shows,,so the network realized if they had 'unscripted' shows (big brother, etc etc) they could bring some new shows out during the strike.They realized that the shows were actually liked by audiences, and the cost of production (no mega stars) saved money,,,so it is grown to today's 'reality' shows on everything and all done with so much drama it makes me laugh.I loved one show that would show 'new hot water heater $1k, added value $2k", when truthfully you couldn't have sold it without the new hot water heater,,,I figured if you spent enough on  a house you could retire after one flip according to that show

I wanted to do the fun stuff you see on TV all over the place.

You can find a lot of information in books stores that you can pay thousands of dollars for from TV infomercials, although I used to watch Carlton Sheets every morning before I would go to work.
