Replacement of all wall, door & window trim.   

I recently saw that they edging or trimming along the perimeter and some areas have been quite overgrown.

New roof, laminate & carpet, quartz countertops, painted the cabinets & moved them around, light fixtures, trim, doors and paint.

If curb appeal can't be improved with minor cosmetics such as landscaping, new paint, siding, trim and posts.

They will do everything from destroy the flooring to damaging door trim and walls.

Could you put in a neat white/Black/stained trim “frame” around it like built in art?

Be aware it's a race to the bottom game because anytime there is a job request posted, especially the easy jobs (paint, interior trim, etc.), you will see a bunch of hungry wolves reply.

I have a PM for one unit that was inherited from the last owner, and at a cross roads with the vacant unit.It needs heavy cosmetic repairs from the last tenant (trim, flooring, cabinets, etc.)

Although I have never worked as a contractor, through various DIY projects My current skills include anything from landscaping, painting, drywall, siding, windows, trim, cabinet work, decks, minor electrical, minor plumbing, roofing and most any kind of cleanup.

I’m not sure how hands on you are with your flips but my dad is a GC so I’ve been on job sites doing production trim work (hanging doors, crown moulding, etc), framing, drywall, roofing, decks etc. since I was 14 years old after school, weekends and summers.
