Just invoke the "happy clause," and thank the stars above if/when they leave.It's actually pretty hilarious that they are trying to say the carpet must be changed out - in a separate room from where the guy died LOL.I could tell you some entertaining stories about tenants we invoked the happy clause with - and were so happy to see leave :-)
