To that buyer the margin is better because they can get it rent ready cheaper.I know here the more rougher the area the lower the price versus the rent you can obtain has to happen to cover the risk.

Now if you keep getting it pulled over and over for a month then the system my tag you as something is wrong and drop more points.The second part is when you actually get the loan and you make payments on the property and they report your mortgage history to the credit bureaus.Your number of credit accounts in good standing and your debt to usage limits (example using only 300 out of 1,000 credit card limit versus 800) dramatically affects your score.

I mean some people are shooting for a couple home runs a year, some investors don't mind hitting more but only getting singles and doubles.If you can turn your money 5 times a year at 8% you are still getting great returns versus the guy who needs 15% and can only do it twice maybe three times if they are lucky.Different strokes for different folks.
