I watched the video promoting the new stuff and wasn't impressed.They are rolling out stuff geared toward the renter that will show the total cost with all fees and taxes so you can do an apples to apples comparison.

For clarity, I self-manage my 401k, not the property in it.

I typically want to walk the property, or have the realtor walk it and send me video and pictures.

Maybe, you need to wait until you have more cash, or watch Pace Mobry's videos about getting seller financing.

Hello all, looking for some clarity on a potential Contract For Deed sale.

Last question, since I seem to remember you touching on this at least once on here, but just for clarity, for myself and others who probably wonder the same:  is it best to "go big" right away, if possible? 

No mailer or letter is large and credible enough to hose your reviews, explanation how it works, videos that show your character etc. etc..

Then that is the point you take a guess on how much of a price reduction would be necessary to get the inferior property to move as quickly as one with more features.Typing all of this is much more complicated than just explaining it, I need to find a way to just post a video LOLI’m actually out in Pennsylvania quite a bit because my wife’s family is from there, it’s a great market!
