My goal is to create a comfortable environment were your true self-comes out... not the person that feels they have to impress everyone.I have some general ideas about its direction:- Purely Networking and sharing ideas, not a space to pitch at people like some other events- Relaxed environment- Free meetings- Some type of media integration- The goal is to connect good, high-quality people- Meet once a month for several hours- The group would not act as a business as some other RE groups or meetups (no memberships, paid classes, etc)If this is something you would be interested in and feel that there is a need for this please let me know and give me feedback!

Response rate is purely dependent on the effectiveness of the mailing campaign.Closing 5 deals for every 2,000 mailers seems highly unlikely, especially if you are new to the business and have never talked to sellers.

The meaning behind such a law would be to stop an unethical real estate salesperson from tying up a Property using a pure option method of controlling the property" until an unknowing buyer happens along and is bamboozled into paying a Fee to obtain what that salesperson has received his self, using your own money which he would provide to you the ultimate Bait and Switch ....you would become his personal assignee, of his contract with the seller your money perfected and within a short time you would find your *** on the streets saying what the hell just happened to me....

For anyone else interested in one of these seminars, here's my take: I found the initial 3 day seminar worth the price of admission, although I didn't take the premium lifetime membership they were selling (they spent about 20-30 minutes on the sales pitch, and the rest was pure information, and gave me a lot of notes that I can use for starting points for research).
