Finding Pre Foreclosures early

Anyone have any tips on how to find folks one or two months behind on their mortgage? Zillow seems to only show them when it's too late. I'd love to go door knocking knowing they were behind a little.

You can look up a pre foreclosure list on listsource.com . They'll give you the option to recieve the list 30 days in advance and you'll have all of the information you need to send out your mail. Hope this helps
