I have numerous SF rental properties in the Houston area.  

It takes hours just to do the basic vetting of a single investment, so it would save incredible amounts of time to have all of that done in advance, and an accurate rating of the risk placed on the investment (A, B, C, D).On the other side of the coin: numerous platforms claim they are simply awesome at doing pre-vetting, but in my opinion, what I see in practice doesn't match up to the words.

Pipe inspectors, directional drilling tools, mud companies, trucking companies who move rigs, cable suppliers, motor parts, machine shops, tire sales, the list goes on and on. 

To maneuver it in the Garage,  you might want to go get some large cardboard pieces from a Garage Door supplier or installer.  

The window/glass supplier knows exactly what this means. 

Tried numerous ways with spaces etc.  

Additionally, if the properties are not owned by a bank free and clear the setbacks and roadblocks can be numerous.

It didn't take that long as have done numerous renovations and have been in and around the trade and have a great group of sub contractors.
