Fortunately, that has afforded me the opportunity to save up for an investment.Not sure if anyone can relate to this feeling when starting out, but I feel like I've talked to a million people who've pointed be in a million different directions to the point where it makes you just not want to do anything.I've toyed with the idea of investing out of state (random places like Cincy, Houston, etc...), but I just don't really have a level of comfort to do that for my first property.

My thinking is long term so it should work out long haul.

I was toying with it  for one of my new constructions on the Oregon coast... and my past CFO has one on the ORegon coast and what it does for her is pay's for the mortgage and upkeep.. and then they get to use it a few weeks out of the year.. 

Making sure I avoided the gaze of the employees, I dug my keys into all the flooring samples they had (trying to imitate drops, gouges, tools/toys etc).

If you own 50 properties (which is the sort of number you need to make a living off rentals), and you are in this for the long haul, you're going to be replacing 2-3 furnaces ever year.

I don't want to create difficulties but at the same time I don't want to be taken advantage of nor do I want to have to rent a truck and haul away other people's stuff.

My wife wants me to sell my Chevy toy car to get the money but I'm trying to hold out for another way!

The older cats eat, sleep, be loving, and occasionally play with a toy.

Ive helped organize the well known Orange Blossom Festival Downtown Mission Inn, Toys for Tots programs, After School programs and so many other special events as well, and these parents have more of a dedication then others when it comes to buying a home.So if anybody wants to hear more on what I have planned.
