I think a BP conference should have some really special social / entertainment events.

And one QB file for LLC related expenses like meals and entertainment, licensing, workers comp, etc.- I write checks for each property from its respective checking account for things like property taxes, HOA dues, utilities, etc. - For rehab materials I use the debit card you get with each bank account for each respective property.

Jerry, trust me, before I entertained the idea, i did my home work. you are incorrect don't think what you hear in the news is the truth, i have data to prove what i'm stating. after research, i'm shocked at how misled i was on something so serrious. i also stated i would still screen them.

I know the up north MHP residents are much less entertaining vs our Southern park residents, they pay and don't tear things up, but you must have something to share?

It was quite entertaining.  

Get up about 5 AM, have coffee, read BP, post on BP, use the phone, post on BP, eat breakfast, read BP, play with the dog,  use the phone, post on BP, use the phone, go out for lunch, read BP and post, talk to humans, tell them I'm busy on BP, use the phone, talk to other humans, post on BP, go home, post on BP, leave the house, meet humans, stop by the club or watering hole, (2 beers a day keeps my proctologist away) have dinner, speak to more humans, go home, read BP and post, sometimes entertain humans, watch the news or a movie while reading BP, may use the phone, might have a snack,  go to bed about 10PM, go to sleep and post on BP.   

Ah, the entertainment value of gurus is immense sometimes.
