In 2015 we had just sold one house (July) but by the end of 2016 we had sold 6 and have another 6 currently on the books with one of them under contract while still in construction and we are launching a new market and new rental model where we are buying 5 properties a month to do the BRRRR strategy.

In the title report, the property is listed as a condominium, yet all 4 units are associated with a single tax parcel and there is no HOA. 

I bought the land, (it's already approved for 24 condominiums), there are some original plans that the architect is modifying and will be done in a couple of months.  

I am very happy to have found this place and hope to make it my new home for the years to come.While I consider myself as having zero real-estate experience, I am currently renting out a two bedroom condominium in University Village (near UIC).

There are a total of two showers in the condominium.
