Basically involves looking up owner of those addresses and contacting those owners about the applicant you are screening.The denial letter is a form letter that you can find lots of with an internet search - it's nothing special IMO to get it from the service (they want you to use theirs so that they know you are complying with Fair Credit Reporting Act).
