But I don't know what kinds of questions to ask here because I can't wrap my mind around what these things are.I'm finding it hard to research further because of this.

Depends what kind of work you want to do, and what interests you.

I’m a user experience designer by day (i design apps and websitws) and (selfishly) am wondering what kind of pain-points or potential apps, websites, or other digital products you wish existed!

Whether you fix it up or not, you will eat the most by getting it on the MLS......you’ll find all the investors/agents looking for this kind of deal, not the 10% or so you’ll “off market” marketing.

The kind I do not like are passed on from their parents who never learned to work so they expect you take care of them.There are some restrictions and annual inspection most have to do with safety(railing), smoke alarms, and sanitation....
