Hey BP, Just wondering what your opinions are about trees that are allowed to grow over or around the house, I have been going on a daily walk around different neighborhoods checking out houses and I've been seeing many places that the owners have trees next to their house and their gutters are packed full of leaves, ect plus some of the house, the trees block half the house from view.

For instance, we just had someone want us to paint the block retaining wall to match the fencing, which is cedar, meaning an orange wall...  

So i'm in uncharted waters, maybe one of you can help... I rarely pick an asset outside the norm for the area.

Had a duplex under contract a couple blocks away from downtown but it ended up falling through I agree Richmond prices are getting ridiculous numberswise and Petersburg does have some very cheap properties.

If so, then I’m pretty familiar as I own two duplexes, one on Liberty St and one a block from Liberty in two different parts of town.
