But, do agree that unless you have real situations and more detailed analyis with tax consequences (e.g. prop2 should have all the depreciation value effectively as PAL if the rent covered the expenses...) its tough to really determine.Did you do your inflation technique (what is that, the forward cost of money or something) for prop2 since example has $8k?

Like a good broker--which should pay for him or herself in the form of better advice on buying properties--a good STR property manager should pay for himself by making your listing more competitive through advice (picture order, listing descriptions, design/photography techniques, etc etc etc.)
