Hi @Blake WilliamsThere are a few different organizations in the state that will have down payment assistance programs, the secret behind it all is that most of them are use funding programs from CHFA and HUD.

She's pretty secretive about that and I totally understand.

There are no secrets in this business; no magic bullet, secret sauce or mysterious knowledge that only a few key people have.

This is true Matt, they have to move out to LIttleton, highlands ranch, or farther out sometimes to colorado springs just to get a home, however secretly they probably want to move into berkley, sunnyside, or Lo-HI areas.The GSE's have been putting pressure on how they want us to calculate debt to income ratios when it comes to student loans this past year.
