There are a number of Estate Agencies in the UK who are advertising houses for sale in the Buffalo / Rochester / Syracuse areas of Western New York State.

I focus on North, West and near Western University (also north/west ish) areas of London.

I’m in one of the western burb groups.

All is well on the Western Front.

Homes that once rehabbed will make both the investor and New Western money.

I'm hoping to use the income as a launch pad into RE investing.I have an understanding of the Charlotte, NC market as well as the Blue Ridge/Western NC market, and I'm hoping to invest in some rental cabins up there as well once I pick up some steam in FL.I look forward to meeting some of you and continuing my learning here!

states small mid western towns have little to no competition... if one had the capital you could buy 100's upon 100;s of properties in these little bergs .  

We are looking to invest in the western suburbs as well as the Edina/Calhoun area.
