Hello All! I'm looking to meet people in the London, Ontario area that are doing the same thing as me. I've got 4 properties - 3 of which are duplexes (well one is just finishing being converted). So I currently have 6 units I rent out for a nice cash flow. I'm looking to meet potential investors. I'm always looking for another deal as well. I focus on North, West and near Western University (also north/west ish) areas of London.
