I have ad blocker,  flash blocker and other tools that hide ads from all sites on Chrome...

I didn't think it would hide enough, even an opague stain.

That is exactly the type of tenant you need to inspect as they are likely hiding something.It comes down to building a solid landlord tenant relationship.

New paint and fixtures can hide a multitude of rehab sins from the untrained eye, so if it looks great but the HVAC system is 20 years old, you need to know about it before you buy.Best of luck!

@Taft Love,I know it sounds like everyone is trying to hide something from you but there are so many variables it can't be as simple as step 1 do this..... step 6 be happy you closed!.

There are exceptions to every rule but remember that a track record is difficult to hide.

And that is the sort of dilemma I am in where I would like to hide the notime so exciting side of the apartment from the inflow of good tenants. 

It's looks like a 12 year old house From 2004 Staging won't hide that.And here's the issue you can't update it easily, It's going to run you probably $30K to repaint entire house and trim, spray all cabinets, retile all bathrooms and put quartz in kitchen and Baths and put in new appliances.

Have been a member of Bigger Pockets for years now but this will be my first post.Haven't been meaning to hide in the shadows, just haven't posted because anytime I have had questions I've simply used the search function and have found a plethora of responses to any questions that I've had.
