We called a bandit sign @ an intersection for a friend (who wants to get into RE investing).We met with the couple who planted the sign (they had already paid a LOT of $ for a guru) & we became great friends, so we mentored them.This week we just did our first deal together buying two very NICE properties.So bandit signs can have unintended consequences!!!!!

We have had to complete two evictions due to non-payment, we didn't renew a tenant due to their lack of cleanliness inside and outside the unit (along with other issues), and have had one tenant that never ran the A/C or opened windows in our tropical climate, which caused issues with mold and mildew throughout the unit.

I am thinking that the Mississippi Department of Health in that county may have the VIN because they approve the wastewater treatment plants or septic tanks.The realtor seems to be a novice and claims to have no information and 'couldn't' answer any of my questions 'because it is a foreclosure'.

@Quaid Cde Baca I agree with @Alex Bock, the Quad Cities and Davenport in particular is a good market, especially with the new Amazon plant going in.
