These tenants I normally don't have any problem with.If they are driving a dirty or dented or rusty car with not so new tires, I'm usually going to have problems.Disclaimer, my tenants are all temporary workers at a refinery.

You need to know what your buyers will buy at--your serious buyers, not tire kickers.
