I think you are assuming that the trust must be someone who is more sophisticated because they are a trust.

I haven't looked into anything like this and don't know what to expect it terms of cost, I just know that the spreadsheet I've been using (which is not too sophisticated, but not basic either) is not one that can be used if I wanted to ramp up the quantity and frequency of my mailings and manage/keep track of incoming calls. 

When you're underwriting potential deals, just be sure and include the payment from your TSP loan in the cash flow analysis, or be sure and budget ahead of time for the payroll reduction. 

I have noticed that the "sales systems" for these real estate to riches programs are much more sophisticated than ever before.

Business loans are presumed to be made to sophisticated or knowledgable borrowers.

You need to be able to explain what they do to the sellers in baby terms (the legal phrase is "least sophisticated consumer standard").Next, you better have the capital to float every note for at least 6-months. 

Max, Sophisticated investors never focus on how much the wholesaler is making but rather on how much they can make off the deal.

Commercial deals and borrowers are generally more sophisticated so I don't think banks worry about this as much....that, and the deals cash flow more (generally) b/c of the scale economies.
