So my roof becomes their free power plant, for 20 years...- The 20 year catch as described above, especially issues related to trying to sell the home in the future if buyers did not want to be locked into steadily increasing electricity rates year after year.- Bottom line, my recommendation, in line with others above, if you can afford to buy the system outright, do that.

My two major concerns are the Federal and State bugdet and the Obama administration's proposed $2 trillion energy tax hike (cap and tax).Big Muddy is the economic anchor in the immediate area- so those employees directly, and the ancillary services that they require to run the prison prop up the median wages in the area to $33K +/- The other industries are obviously agricultural (dependent on energy for operation and transportation) and after that it's plastics / rubber at plants operated like Cooper Tire up in Mt.

The basement wall had a massive crack.The surrounding trees were planted too close to the house that they roots cause tremendous pressure on the walls of the basement.The house was built in 1960, 4 bed/2 bath ~2400 square feet.
