I dislike the term inventory shortage, because it makes people think there is nothing to buy, which is incorrect: there are about 3% more properties for sold this year than last and about the same as back in the days when we had lot's of inventory.

Also, across the country there is (or soon will be) a shortage for senior and accessible living.
