My offer is more dependent on my system for crunching numbers and less on what they owe, but if I were to say that what they owe doesn't influence my offer sometimes I would be lying.Now this practice when buying has made/saved me thousands and thousands of dollars, and on the flip side I have lost several deals because I was haggling.

I'd recommend doing some sort of sales job, That way if you work hard and get past the learning curve of selling, you will have a good income plus now will know how to sell and have more influence with real estate negotiations

I for one will be looking into a good PM in the future as well because of my experience ( this may have been an exception but it did influence my decision to stay longer at the property)
