Hi Joe,There are a handful of great agents in Spokane i meet them because I constantly look for off market deals and refer clients their way that would be better suited with a listing.  

As a Contractor, we do not not like to have to keep negotiating prices, waiting for material that was ordered by the investor or waiting for another contractor that the investor saved $500 on from our bid, Hire a Contractor to do the job, know what you want before hand and do not make changes.

My guess is the other software products also offer similar features but I have no first hand knowledge.

lol  I totally agree with them, except for the going Pro part, wait until the next webinar (Wednesday) as he's been handing out discounts for Pro memberships at the webinars.
