I have been contemplating joining his club membership.  

I have paid for a Pro Membership but it is not showing up. 

But what I couldn't do, with a straight face, is tell someone to take out 4 new credit cards and make them out to pay me $25K for a bronze membership.

I just took the plunge on the Pro membership and have been analyzing deals with the various calculators. 

It appears the link is only connected to the page that requires PRO membership even though the replay is supposed to be available through midnight...Has anyone run into this issue and has a solution?

The membership is a bargain here compared to other cities and Andy does a great job putting the meetings together. 

BiggerPockets has a set of lease documents available for $99 per state or as a perk of the Pro annual membership.

I see that you have a Pro BP membership- I would recommend using the BP calculators.

However much of what they want to learn in the early stages of the consulting assignment which might cost them $2,000 or more could be had for a membership in a state association plus the time involved to attend one or more member meeting a state association holds.I hope this helps.
