I have also seen people show interest in condos and then realizes the fees/headache associated.

Lot's of people use the term UpState, and since I've got my BP alerts set up... it isn't solely used by New York Upstaters... apparently lots of different states like to throw around 'upstate'  Anyway, I digress.  

Even the people you think would never lie or walk away from their responsibilities still do from time to time.

They all have pros and cons that line up differently for different people.

I consistently see people with $10-$20k spend most of it on training and being told by these gurus they can make 30-50% returns with their eyes closers only to realize it will take 48 years to make back the cost of the training.

A lot of people opting for lower prepayment in the expectation to refinance in 1-3 years. 

Since values have still remained strong people are still cashing out further decreasing supply. 

Many people believe this won't happen, but it's a risk that exists.
