I actually know of another landlord who lowered his deductible in similar fashion When his insurance agent asked why he wanted to lower it, he was honest and told him he was evicting the tenant and wanted protection just in case the tenant got mad and tried to kick any holes in the walls or burn the house down (extreme but unlikely, fortunately) as retaliation.

And don't forget the old fashioned yellow pages, now online with reviews and website links.The reason I say that is because Florida is such a transient state, you want someone who has been in business locally for years..otherwise you could easily get ripped off.
