General Contractors In Hillsborough County, NH Area?
Happy New Year local BP'ers!
I just closed on my first multifamily property (woohoo!) in New Ipswich and I'm looking for recommendations on general contractors to rehab one of the units (3b/1b, ~1000sf). It's a good amount of rehab work: full bathroom and kitchen rehab, replace all flooring, replace all windows and doors, patch and repair walls, etc. I have one contractor from Manchester who's just giving me a quote of $15k for labor only which doesn't sit well with me. Super nice guy and he's done good work in the past on another unit in the property with the previous owner but he's know to just throw numbers in the air. I requested a breakdown of the cost.
Anyone know a good general contractor in the Hillsborough County area or within reach of the area? Really appreciate it!
Thanks!

Thanks @Robert Leonard! It's been quite a rollercoaster ride since taking over the property since last Friday! Major rehab to be done and a bunch of inherited tenant issues right off the bat. Yes, let's connect. If you're in the area, let's grab a coffee or beer.
