Hi,Does anyone know of a good lawyer who deals with setting up LLC's and developing Lease/Rent to Own Agreements?

Also numbers for any completed development would be much appreciated.

Store them in Google Drive or Dropbox.It will save you a lot of trouble if you develop a filing / naming process FIRST!

This is a brand new strip mall, so the developer/builder is selling it directly.

I’m a developer and thinking about building a lean solution to do this. 

We are looking into developing the land into multifamily (quads or duplexes), but have never done this type of project.
