I see that similar software programs give you a Free trial for a couple of weeks or more.

From the day I posted the 5 Day Pay or Quit notice, had the trial, to the sheriff knocking on the door was a total of 5 weeks. 

Bigger Pockets was the only one that survived my trial period of finding the best most informative podcast for real estate.

Ultimately, by renting out rooms, hacking spaces and lots of trial and error I managed to create 3 separate units in the basement which give each tenant their own maximum space (minimal sharing).

The truth is, you could read 100 books and still not know enough because certain things need to be learned through trial-and-error.
