Honestly, when I am looking for accommodations, I don't like using AirBnB because in the couple of experience I've had, I didn't feel they were as professionally run as a hotel, and I decided I'd rather pay more money for a hotel.

For all you know, she'll decide she wants another 18 days and another 18 days ad infinitum.So, just let her know you will not be extending the lease, and will be happy to accommodate her with an eviction on her record, and a nice fat judgment to go with it, if she wants to play nasty.You're going to be out money on this tenant no matter what, I'd bet.

I know that my rentals CAN accommodate more people if someone sleeps on the sofa(s), the floor, in the basement, and in a large closet someone could use as a bedroom, but I reserve my rights to ask who will be living in the home.

I would accommodate the potential tenant if I had showings, so I would show at 7pm, 8pm, etc. sometimes as sun was setting.
