Honestly, when I am looking for accommodations, I don't like using AirBnB because in the couple of experience I've had, I didn't feel they were as professionally run as a hotel, and I decided I'd rather pay more money for a hotel. 

For all you know, she'll decide she wants another 18 days and another 18 days ad infinitum.So, just let her know you will not be extending the lease, and will be happy to accommodate her with an eviction on her record, and a nice fat judgment to go with it, if she wants to play nasty.You're going to be out money on this tenant no matter what, I'd bet.

You are being more than accommodating and patient trying to communicate.

I would accommodate the potential tenant if I had showings, so I would show at 7pm, 8pm, etc. sometimes as sun was setting. 

Something I learned - don't go trying to accommodate every prospective tenant's schedule and show the unit after sunset.

One thing that people forget is that someone with a service or ES animal is asking for an accommodation to have the animal at the house.
