Some notable features are private pool, hot tub, large beds (please do not have 2 queen beds in a 2-bedroom unit), arcade games, themed properties (this is highly recommended), decor, perks like snow machines in ski resort coming with the property, jet skis, etc, but above all - ALLOW PETS!

It cuts down on the amount of water usage on the septic - no matter how old, there are showers, washing machine drainage and dish washing.  

Eviction expense, loss of rental income and a refrig or washing machine all happening at once can run $5k easily.

This type of pipe, manufactured under the name of KITEC®, has been alleged in a class action lawsuit to be faulty and a settlement of that lawsuit has been reached.
