Its crazy i would meet a guy trying to sue me to give a package for someone else that was staying illegally in my unit .When said like that it does sound wierd.Gives him an oppurtunity to see my weakness and body language.

If not, then you need to decide whether you will contravene the zoning bylaw or allocate the space to a different purpose.After the regulatory question in satisfied, what you do with the basement space becomes a math question ... what will yield the highest return to your business ... do you split the basement and apportion it amongst the existing ground floor units?

I would make sure when your up there you open up all the windows and don't stay up there long. its best to have someone by the door just in case you pass out, they can pull your body out.

I was emailing with a REI marketing company today when my wife and biz partner (@Elizabeth Wilson) threw out the not practical but crazy idea of "live bandit signs" where we hire beautiful and buff people to body paint with our "we buy houses" logo and have them walk around busy intersections in Memphis.Obviously we aren't going to do this, but it did get me thinking about other ways we could market that takes current ideas and tweak them in unusual ways.
