Surely you would say that gardeners are all scams, and Realtor's, well .....

The building has an unfinished attic and a 3rd non-conforrming garden unit.

I never let the tenant be responsible for lawn and gardening.

Around here there are mostly single family homes on small lots, some townhouses and some garden style apartments.

Heating costs go up in winter, as does electric due to the reduced natural light and people being indoors more.

The plus side is no roof repairs, no pool /garden expenses. 

I scraped off crystallized dried cat urine from the floor in double garage, using a garden hoe, then we power washed it, used hydrogen peroxide in gallon jugs from beauty supply applied that to help get more of the urine up and off..

What is the best companies to contact if you are wanting to convert an existing building into indoor units, and put in a lot of outdoor units? 

This has allowed my very large family to move from our crowded 1800 sq ft home and purchase a beautiful 3400 sq ft home with 6 acres and a pond/indoor pool outside of town!!
