these are people who have inherited real estate so their motives are a bit different. however i am working in all counties surrounding dfw such as tarrant, denton and collin, as well as some other counties more south like harris, bexar and travis. with the database in each county being around over 300 new leads per month, would about 2000-2500 mail letters potentially be a good place to start?
