Are you really arguing against those numbers or just that you think it will all stop? 

This would help you to argue that the document is in question.

I know they will continue to argue, pointing out appreciation, scale etc. but they simply do not understand the implications of the numbers.

Not arguing if it is right or wrong to wholesale in Florida, but once you have that license, you are held to a different level than the "normal" wholesaler.

I would recommend reading a book in the Rich Dad series called "The ABCs of writing winning business plans"I hope I gave you an okay starting point.

I feel my circumstances can be argued either way.

For the tenants that can't or don't want to pay electronically, I tell them to deposit rent to my business checking account ending in x9999 at ABC bank which is enough information to make a deposit but not do anything detrimental.2) Check out the Payments section of my website in my signature.  

Also, I would like my fence as close to the edge of my property line as possible so I would worry that if I argue about her placement that I would be forced to put my own fence further than the property line than I would prefer.
