For the tenants that can't or don't want to pay electronically, I tell them to deposit rent to my business checking account ending in x9999 at ABC bank which is enough information to make a deposit but not do anything detrimental.2) Check out the Payments section of my website in my signature.

Also, I would like my fence as close to the edge of my property line as possible so I would worry that if I argue about her placement that I would be forced to put my own fence further than the property line than I would prefer.
