In our local area, we have fruit packing house tours, four or five of the 21 California Missions are within an hours drive, visiting wine country and all the tasting rooms to our north (use a designated driver, please), there is Yosemite, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Yellowstone, Glacier National Park......All of the above are just the things in the United States. 

To vet, there are a lot of questions asked, and eventually a site visit to meet the team, view neighborhoods, and tour properties.

Some of the bigger turnkey companies would have multiple units available in multiple cities so you should have no problem locating >350k worth of properties, just make sure you know the company you are working with and tour their rehabs and the neighborhoods they invest in. 

The one thing that stopped me was a successful book requires a book tour.

When you are touring the house with the seller, never turn your back to him. 

I'm looking to using a app or something reliable to send to cash buyers, contractors, and appraisals pictures and a virtual tour of the property after I get it under contract.Do you guys have any recommendations on apps you guys use?

Wish I had gotten off the ground sooner, but starting now is far better than never starting at all.I haven't closed on a wholesale deal yet (I'm REALLY close to one as we speak), but the process has been invaluable as far as what I've learned just by conversations and touring a few properties.  

His tardiness is really our fault as owners because we had asked him to provide a tour of our campus to a visiting investor.  

We will be touring a current fix and flip rehab property. 

You think because your flying out and touring the building or driving around for a weekend its going to make you a knowledgeable investor for the area lol?
