Hello all!

My name is Devin Rodriguez and I'm a rookie investor with high ceilings.  I have a flip underway and recently embarked on direct mail marketing campaigns for off market properties with a focus on absentee owners of 1-4 units in the suburbs north of the city.  It's exciting and nerve-racking all in one!

Hey Garrett! That's awesome you're getting your license.  I'll be sure to keep you close in the network :P And starting off young! That's great.  I'm *only* 27 and have had my hands in real estate for the last 6-8 months but have been loving every second of it.  Wish I had gotten off the ground sooner, but starting now is far better than never starting at all.

I haven't closed on a wholesale deal yet (I'm REALLY close to one as we speak), but the process has been invaluable as far as what I've learned just by conversations and touring a few properties.  

I have a long term goal of holding rentals as well.
