Wesley Kuo: Just looking quickly at your numbers I'm not sure how your mortgage calculation works?

I would give it 3 1/2 stars as by the afternoon the Black Swan staff was doing their best to fill up the time till 5pm with various anecdotes  of how they negotiated with the airline ticket person or the hotel staff, or how they were given upgrades and freebies.

One of our consultants at RCG has parks that could only be classified as one star parks and he even has his manager take people to banks to set up checking accounts for automatic withdrawal if they don't already have one - apparently most of them don't - and if they have a regular paycheck , or SSI, or SS, et al. gets those payments directed to that account.

Its no state secret that my HOA and/or the Property Management in charge weren't that great with all those one star reviews from various homeowners about the PM on Yelp.
