It's not professional for me to speak badly about another Philadelphia Property Management Company; but we have taken over clients from these guys....and I just hate, absolutely hate to see this stuff.Property management is regulated and a licensed activity.

I want to make money work for me, and so I know that it takes some money to take care of those properties and hopefully, the cash will flow in and I won't have to invest any extra than what I have started with. 6 months from now, my goal is to begin that first property and be well underway to manage it, no matter what the learning curve is, because it's my first deal.Well to wrap it up, I'm a pharmacy professional looking to do more business, as they did not train me about any kind of business while in pharmacy school.

Effectively, ask a professional. 

It’s more working professionals, young couples, families or retirees.

As a RE professional you can deduct all the losses from the value add, which shelters all that income you get as a realtor! 

I will talk to professionals like a CPA about putting any systems in place, I just wanted to reach out here first to see what ideas people had.
