That might be good for your company, but not great for the owner or for agents who you want referral business from.I want to know that you will take golden care of my clients property.

You have be VERY CAREFUL as many "experts" are just crooks.

I would do careful research before jumping and doing a 1031 exchange.

My advanced reply is Where and how much...lolI do not think a lot care if you say if you are an investor, could probably just say you looking for a house to buy and theirs looked like a possibility.
