The way to get comfortable with underground electric is to take the time to find the electrical contractor in the area where the park is located who is an EXPERT in mobile home park electrical, and in the best case all they do is park electrical.

They have everything I need and it doesn’t cost me a dime - free personal & business checking/savings accounts, free checks, free wire transfers, great customer support and tech (you can do all of your banking through their mobile app), personal & business credit cards that both offer cash back rewards (and the business cards don’t report to your personal credit), lots of branches in my area (which is important since some of my tenants deposit in person at the branches), etc.

But this is where I run into a problem, I have never done a residential flip (I flipped a mobile home once) and I have never had an actual job because I was going to school as a physics major at FSU (only part time gigs) .
