For example, if the typical modular new construction is selling for 15% below the typical stick-built new construction, that's a baseline you can use to evaluate whether a modular construction project would be profitable (based off of local comps of both modular and stick-built houses).Again, just an obvious idea that you may have already considered...Yes - just getting back to this now that things have settled down a bit.Like the other poster, around here no distinction is made between modular and stick built.
